Alright guys, the legs day video has now been uploaded. Here we can see Arif doing supersets (A superset is doing two exercises back to back without any rest) with the leg press and hamstring curl and also the barbell stationary lunges and dumbell one-legged deadlifts. He is going lighter than usual because of the high reps required (around 20-30).
Water is the most important element in any diet as it keeps you hydrated. Right after gym, Arif drinks a can of "100 Plus" to rehydrate himself from all the fluids lost through sweating. His legs are burning from the intense workout.
Protein is essential to recovery. So make sure you have enough protein in your diet everyday!
